Plugwire

Integrations for AI agents

Let your agent work in the apps your users already use.

Plugwire connects agents to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Jira and more. Your users connect their accounts through hosted OAuth links. Plugwire keeps their credentials server-side, refreshes them, and runs the tools your model calls, over MCP, an SDK or a REST API.

import { Plugwire } from "@plugwire/sdk";

const plugwire = new Plugwire({ apiKey: process.env.PLUGWIRE_API_KEY });
const session = await plugwire.create("user-42", { toolkits: ["gmail", "github"] });

// Tools for your model. When an account is missing, the model gets a connect link to hand the user.
const tools = await session.tools();
const result = await session.execute("GMAIL_FETCH_EMAILS", { query: "is:unread" });

How it works

Hosted connections

Connect links run OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, or a key form. Tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM, refreshed once per expiry, and revoked when an account is removed.

Sessions and MCP

A session scopes one user's toolkits and accounts. MCP clients get the tools directly, or a small set of search and execute tools when there are many.

SDK and providers

A TypeScript SDK with adapters for OpenAI, Anthropic, the Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI Agents and LangChain, and a CLI for trying tools from a terminal.

Triggers and webhooks

New emails, issues, rows or files become events, delivered to your endpoints with Standard Webhooks signatures and retries, or streamed.

Checked against the real APIs

Every tool is exercised against the provider's live API before it ships, and recorded responses keep it honest in CI.

A console for your team

Browse toolkits, try tools, manage auth configs, connected accounts, keys and webhooks, with roles and an audit log.

Toolkits

More are on the way. Toolkits are generated from each provider's API description and verified live.
